Chima is the Managing Director for Greenwoods IT & Consulting. He is a dynamic leader with over 10 years of experience in IT and consulting, specializing in leading high-performance teams, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Excels in managing large-scale projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and building strong client relationships.

Previously, he served as a consultant for the Ministry of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Afrique Biotech W.A. Ltd, and Deloitte Consulting LLP. Chima holds a BSc in Management and an MBA from PAN African University. He is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and certified SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Signavio, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Qualitative Data Analysis SME, among others. 

Jonathan Nwagwuagwu

Jonathan the Business Development Manager at Greenwoods IT & Consulting, has over 12 years’ experience in consulting, having held pivotal roles in business development and management.  

Before joining Greenwoods IT & Consulting, he was a Business Development Manager and Regional Manager with JAD Digital Edge.  In addition to this practical experience, Jonathan holds a BSc in Economics and he is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) 

Amos Okwuegbu

At the forefront of our technological innovation is Amos, our esteemed IT Manager, driven by a passion for harnessing the power of technology to propel businesses forward. With over 10 years of experience, he has established himself as a strategic leader known for his innovative solutions and proactive approach to IT management. Amos began his career at McSmith Technologies LTD and quickly distinguished himself through his dedication, expertise, and leadership abilities. He has a solid IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, and team leadership background. Amos holds an MSc in Communications and a BSc in Physics, he is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Scaled Agile for Scrum Master, AWS, and Microsoft Cloud.  

Rajani Joshi

With over a decade of experience in financial crime compliance and SAP consulting, I specialize in implementing comprehensive SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Armed with a Master’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration in Finance, I possess extensive domain knowledge in core accounting. My expertise includes managing end-to-end SAP implementations, leading projects such as financial management system implementations and tax projects for AMP (Apple Media Platform).

At worked at Accenture and Currently at Greenwood Consulting LLC, I serve as a Team Lead for SAP FICO implementations and support projects. My responsibilities span requirement analysis, solution design, and managing project life cycles from planning through deployment. I excel in ETL processes for data migration, integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, COPA modules, and resolving complex FI-related issues.

Certified in Financials and Management Accounting in SAP S/4 HANA, I am recognized for my strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to foster teamwork. My commitment to continuous improvement allows me to handle challenging assignments and contribute strategically to organizational success.

Kunle Agbola

Kunle is the finance lead of Greenwoods IT & Consulting, a chartered accountant with over a decade of experience working in diverse industries (creative industries, experiential marketing, hospitality, transport, real estate, and non-profit organizations).

I have successfully managed complex financial models, conducted variance analysis, and provided strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams. Kunle holds a B.Sc. in Economics, and an M.Sc. in Financial Management, and is a certified accountant in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
